Here are some key findings:

  • Top Job Title: Orthopedic surgeons have the highest-paying job overall, raking in $450,000 annually.
  • Top Industry: Employees in software and IT services earn an average of $104,000 annually.
  • Top Location: San Francisco residents are paid an average of $112,400, the highest regional average.
  • Top Entry Level Jobs: Early career candidates can make over $100,000 (median average) as investment banking analysts and associate brand managers.
