Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has unveiled its 2025 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list, celebrating visionary women whose leadership and impact continue to shape the future of their organizations and the broader staffing industry.
The 2025 edition of SIA’s list highlights 100 leaders from the Americas and 50 from around the world, representing organizations such as Randstad, The Adecco Group, ManpowerGroup, and Kelly. Rather than serving as a ranking, the list celebrates these women’s remarkable contributions and their ongoing efforts to elevate the staffing industry.
“The world of work is changing with greater speed and greater innovation than our industry has ever experienced before,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “This year’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing are driving as well as leading that great transformation.”
The winners will be honored at SIA’s Executive Forum North America, taking place in March 2026 at the JW Marriott in Austin, Texas.
