Jeff Bowling
Staffing Industry Advisor, Entrepreneur, & InvestorA 28-year veteran of the staffing and recruiting industry, Bowling is the founder and former CEO of the healthcare staffing firm The Delta Companies (TDC). Over 19 years, Bowling grew TDC to one of the largest healthcare staffing firms in the U.S. and eventually sold it to Mitsui in 2014. Bowling stepped down as CEO in 2016, retained his board seat with TDC, and quickly found himself on five other boards of staffing or human capital related businesses.
In addition to the board of directors work, Bowling began advisory work for companies looking to scale their businesses both organically and through M&A. In April of 2020, Bowling took over Doxmity, now known as Curative, sold off divisions, got the organization focused on physician staffing and recruiting, and tripled the revenue in three years. He stepped down as CEO in March of 2023.
Today, Jeff is back to sitting on boards, investing in staffing and related spaces, and doing some occasional advisory work. Bowling especially enjoys spending time advocating for and supporting the industry through his board member and officer seat with the American Staffing Association.
Jeff is a proud Texan, graduating from the University of North Texas and residing in Dallas with his wife, Daniella, and their three children. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys baseball, rum, Texas country music (not that broken Nashville stuff), and is an avid saltwater fly-fishing angler.
