As CEO, Jeff led ettain group through two private equity transactions to NMS Capital and A&M Capital. ettain group was acquired by Manpower in October 2021 in one of the largest private company transactions in the history our industry.

Today, Jeff loves working with growth-minded entrepreneurs and executives, helping them grow and develop their teams through the alignment of vision, execution, culture, and values.

Vinda Souza

Vice President of Corporate Communications, Employbridge

Vinda is a seasoned global communications and content marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in guiding executives through crises and change. Her expertise lies in customer-centric storytelling, thought leadership, and strategic marketing.

Vinda recently led a successful turnaround at Catalant Technologies, where she reshaped the brand, enhanced diversity and inclusion efforts, and achieved significant departmental growth. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at Bullhorn contributing to its exponential growth through strategic communications and acquisitions.

Vinda holds board positions at medical and nonprofit organizations. Her career began in high-tech agency PR, and she holds a Bachelor's Degree with honors in English and French from Tufts University.

Greg Palmer

Mr. Palmer served eight years at Remedy Temp Inc. (REMX) as president and chief executive officer, where he led a successful turnaround, exit strategy, and sale in 2006. He currently serves as an operating partner and investor to private equity, where he focuses his time and attention in the healthcare and healthcare staffing industries.

Through his consulting firm, GPalmer and Associates, Mr. Palmer has been the buy side advisor on over 33 staffing industry acquisitions valued at more than $3.1 billion.

Mr. Palmer is a past member of the American Staffing Association Board of Directors and was inducted into the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Hall of Fame in 2018.

Christina Bottis

Chief Marketing Officer, Medix™

Christina Bottis is the chief marketing officer at Medix, headquartered in Chicago. She leverages over 15 years of integrated marketing, demand generation, product development, and leadership experience to create winning growth strategies for B2B companies. She believes go-to-market strategy is both an art and science that combines customer obsession with well-executed process.

Prior to Medix, Christina was chief marketing officer at Coyote Logistics, where she re-engineered the corporate marketing, customer intelligence, inbound and e-commerce functions into a demand generation engine focused on driving sales growth and incremental revenue. Her work was recognized widely in the industry as she was named a Notable Executive in Marketing by Crains, received a Women in Supply Chain award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive, and was selected as an OnCon Icon Awards Top 100 Marketer of the Year.

Christina also spent nearly 10 years at technology giant CareerBuilder where she consulted with Fortune 500 brands such as Morgan Stanley and Pfizer on employment brand strategy and execution, founded and scaled CareerBuilder's client implementation team and processes, and led and defined both the product marketing and demand generation teams focused on go-to-market strategy, lead generation, and sales enablement.
