A whopping 98% of employees polled say flexibility in working spaces improves productivity, finds Polycom and Future Workplace in their joint research on the topic.

What’s more, 62% of the respondents already take advantage of flexible workspace benefits. Shared working spaces also reportedly can increase distraction and negative interpersonal relationships.

Remote working also widens the talent pool for employers and recruiters, who are no longer limited to local candidates to fill their openings.
