From Vaco’s acquisition of BVOH to AEA Investors’ acquisition of RED, here are some of the latest mergers and acquisitions in the staffing industry. 

Vaco

Talent solutions firm Vaco recently acquired BVOH, a provider of consulting services, permanent placement, and executive search. The partnership combines BVOH’s expertise in finance and accounting solutions with Vaco’s strong presence in California’s Bay Area.

WorkGenius

WorkGenius, a global company that uses artificial intelligence to match highly skilled talent, aims to transform the freelance talent industry with its acquisition of NY-based staffing company JBC. 

Paycor

Human capital management software provider Paycor just acquired Talenya, an AI-driven recruiting platform. The move will help Paycor customers source both active and passive candidates, reduce time to fill critical roles, and reach DE&I goals.

DeWinter Group 

DeWinter Group, a provider of finance and accounting and technology talent, acquired software development talent provider Syrinx Consulting. The new partnership will help scale DeWinter’s technology and expand its client services.

RCM Technologies

Business and technology solutions provider RCM Technologies, Inc. is expanding its services and capabilities with the acquisition of TalentHerder, a leading talent acquisition services company. 

AEA Investors

AEA Investors’ Small Business Private Equity completed the acquisition of RED Global Limited, a company specializing in temporary contract placements and permanent recruitment for the SAP ecosystem and related technologies.
