We recently released our 2022 State of Staffing Benchmarking Report, and next week we’re hosting a webinar to discuss the results. One of the most significant findings was that almost 80% of respondents expect their agencies to see double-digit growth this year.
Since we originally collected the data, the economic landscape has changed. So, we conducted a brief pulse survey to see if and how agencies’ growth projections have also changed.
The preliminary results suggest that the outlook for the staffing industry remains strong. Almost one-third (32%) of respondents said that their growth projections for 2022 have remained the same, while 36% have actually increased their growth forecast. Only 11% said they’ve revised their expectations significantly downward.
