Adam Sprecher is the chief growth officer at Salo, a Korn Ferry company. Salo is a nationwide talent firm focused on Making Work Meaningful. He plays a pivotal role in the growth and vision of Salo—empowering Salo’s ability to connect finance/accounting and HR expert consultants with organizations that need their help. Outside of Salo, you can usually find him on a baseball field coaching or cheering on his son, or the dance floor with his girls, especially during dads ‘n dolls season.
Jon CermakDirector of Talent Acquisition and People Support, Salo
Jon Cermak is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition and People Support at Salo, a Korn Ferry company. He is responsible for partnering with senior leaders across the organization to develop and drive overall talent strategies and talent pools for our sales function and internal teams. He also leads Salo's People Support function which monitors, reports, and provides administrative support for all parts of the pre-hire candidate journey and People Connections team.
In his free time, he enjoys watching his teenage boys compete in basketball and baseball and tries to get out on the golf course as often as possible. Outside of Salo, you can usually find him on a baseball field coaching or cheering on his son, or the dance floor with his girls, especially during dads ‘n dolls season.
Hannah ErdmanSenior Brand Manager, Salo
Hannah Erdman is the Senior Brand Manager for Salo, a Korn Ferry company. She is responsible for preserving and evolving the Salo brand and driving brand awareness and interest through integrated marketing campaigns and content. She and her team are strategic partners, brand champions, and business drivers that work across all teams and channels to to bring more people to Salo. Hannah also led Salo’s rebrand from a local company to a national talent firm in 2021 that helped drive Salo’s impressive growth.
Outside of work, she has a second job planning her upcoming wedding and uses any other spare time to be active with volleyball, golf, barre, and walking her golden retriever, Gus. Outside of Salo, you can usually find him on a baseball field coaching or cheering on his son, or the dance floor with his girls, especially during dads ‘n dolls season.
Rachelle ArnoldVice President of Customer Experience, Staffing Referrals
Rachelle Arnold is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Staffing Referrals, where she oversees and ensures customers' success with automated referral management. Rachelle was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in marketing in 2009. Her career started very early on in retail where she moved up the ladder and became the store manager of a major retail brand at the age of 23.
With a passion for customer service and a knowledge of running businesses, she joined GIFTED Healthcare, a healthcare staffing agency, in 2016. Rachelle held many roles at GIFTED, most recently as the director of recruitment for her last two years of employment there. She used Staffing Referrals as a customer for 2.5 years before joining the Staffing Referrals team in 2021.
