Robert Half, Kelly, and Korn Ferry established themselves as industry leaders among U.S. staffing firms, taking the top spots in Forbes’ 2023 list of America’s Best Recruiting and Staffing Firms.
In partnership with market research firm Statista, Forbes identified the highest-ranking staffing agencies in three lists — America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms, America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms, and America’s Best Temp Staffing Firms. The results were based on the survey responses of over 5,200 external recruiters, HR or hiring managers, and job seekers who recently worked with a recruiting firm.
Robert Half, which led all three lists last year, only took the top spot in the Best Professional Recruiting Firms list this year, but ranked second in the other two lists.
Kelly topped the list of Best Temp Staffing Firms and ranked second in the professional recruiting list. CEO Peter Quigley credits the firm’s “time-tested practices and behaviors related to both the customers that we serve and the talent that we place, coupled with a very intentional combination of tools and technologies.”
Korn Ferry led the Best Executive Recruiting Firms category this year and ranked #5 among the top temp firms.
