- Easily manage and streamline the application experience on Indeed and LinkedIn.* The iCIMS Apply Network is now expanded through integrations with Indeed and LinkedIn. Launched in 2024, the iCIMS Apply Network empowers TA teams to standardize their applicant experience and capture and sync candidate information into iCIMS automatically. Recruiters can now create, manage and distribute application questions on third-party job sites, including Indeed, LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter. As a result, this provides a seamless experience where candidates can apply directly on supported sites without being redirected, ultimately reducing candidate drop-off. Future releases will include additional integrations with Dalia, Hire Intelligence, JobTarget, Nexxt and Veritone Hire.
- Expand nurture channels with SMS in behavior-based campaigns. Automate multi-channel communication and capture candidates’ attention through their preferred communication channels. Rather than relying solely on email outreach, recruiters can add a new layer into behavior-based campaigns with conditional text messages, allowing them to better engage with candidates in the way they are most receptive to based on their previous interactions.
- Control career sites across devices with mobile experience management. With the Content Management System, TA teams can now preview and adjust career sites across various devices, including mobile. The self-service CMS supports recruiting and recruitment marketing teams in reviewing and publishing changes to the mobile experience fast—and without engineering intervention – to ensure a smooth editing process and responsive experience across all devices.
- Make better hiring decisions with a new visualization of interview feedback in one view. Hiring teams can now see aggregated interview feedback in a single, easy-to-access place, allowing them to review detailed feedback from multiple interviewers and providing a holistic view of each candidate.
