The Reserves Network, a staffing industry leader in the areas of manufacturing, logistics, engineering, call centers, finance, real estate, government and healthcare, has acquired Celebrity Staff and the non-clinical staffing business divisions of C&A Industries.
These acquired operations under the C&A Industries professional and commercial umbrella provide search and staffing services in the following areas: finance and accounting, legal and administrative support, industrial, skilled trades, architecture and engineering, IT and executive search.
All of the 72 employees in operations and management roles from the acquired companies will immediately transition to The Reserves Network family. They will be based in Omaha, Neb. with the capabilities to service the staffing needs of clients nationwide.
“We have always valued our employees and clients above all else, serving their best interests for over 40 years,” said Mike Morgan, president of C&A Industries Commercial and Professional Services. “As we looked to transition our commercial and professional services divisions, we placed the highest emphasis on finding a company with the same values and focus on customer service that would provide a seamless transition for our operations and future growth for our teams. The Reserves Network matched all those criteria.”
General Managers of two of the acquired non-clinical C&A Industry brands, Patty North and Chris Carlson, stated they are both elated about the alignment with The Reserves Network, and the shared emphasis on quality, reliability and integrity. North added, “Our goal is for our customers, candidates and teams to quickly see the benefits of this new partnership.”
Headquartered in the Cleveland suburb of Fairview Park, Ohio, The Reserves Network was established in 1984. The family-owned and veteran-founded company has received multiple honors for customer loyalty, outstanding growth and management excellence. The Reserves Network employs over 20,000 employees through its 45 operating locations in the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and Southwest, and works with customers nationwide.
“This is an exciting new partnership for us,” says Neil Stallard, CEO of The Reserves Network. “Staffing is a people business, and to add this many new and talented employees to our internal team is only going to strengthen the levels of service we can provide to our existing and new clients.”
This marks the third acquisition The Reserves Network has made in the past year. In 2021, the company acquired Texas-based Resource Staffing with multiple locations in Austin, Dallas, and the Greater Houston area. This past April, the company acquired Staffing Connections and Medical Connections with offices in Columbus, GA, Stockbridge, GA, and Opelika, AL.
Adds Nick Stallard, chief growth officer for The Reserves Network: “The Reserves Network is always looking to diversify and elevate our service offerings and geographic presence. This acquisition accomplishes that goal, aligning with our strategic growth plan as a company.”
