Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) just published its latest Diversity-Owned Staffing Firms list, featuring 192 staffing firms (up from 163 in 2021).
The firms on this year’s list provided their diversity-related certifications, such as NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council), WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council), and NGLCC (National LGBT Chamber of Commerce).
Alongside the list, SIA included a diversity supplier story with perspectives from professionals in the industry. SIA’s research found that 71% of large firms using staffing services had a program in place for diversity suppliers last year, while 26% planned to establish one over the next two years.
