[/cs_text][cs_text]Jeff Harris is Co-Founder and Chairman, and former CEO of ettain group, a Talent Solutions Company offering recruitment and managed services in the areas of IT, Healthcare IT and Digital Creative. As CEO from 1996 to 2018, he led the growth and transformation of the company from a Charlotte, NC -based start-up IT staffing company to a nationally recognized organization of over 1300 employees and $200 million in annual revenue. In 2014, ettain group executed a private equity transaction with New Mainstream Capital, following which he remained as CEO for five years before transitioning to Chairman of the Board in September 2018. Subsequently, along with three other staffing industry CEO’s, Jeff co-founded Four Piers, LLC, a growth investment and advisory firm focused on helping owners and executives in the talent solutions services and talent acquisition technology industries to maximize their company growth, value, and long-term sustainability and succession.
Jeff continues to be a leading advocate, thought leader, writer and speaker for the staffing and talent solutions industry across all segments. Since 2016, he has been a board member of the American Staffing Association. For nearly a decade, he has also been an active participant and co-founder of the National Staffing Alliance and IT Staffing Executive Roundtable, both of which promote the sharing of industry best practices across peer executives and CEOs . He has been recognized multiple times by Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA) as one of the TOP 100 most influential industry executives and was named one of Charlotte’s most admired CEO’s in 2018.
Jeff is a graduate of Wake Forest University, and currently resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth soccer, and playing music. Jeff supports charities in cancer, heart disease and autism, and is a wine and golf enthusiast.
