For the third consecutive year, Randstad made DiversityInc’s list of the Top 50 Companies for Diversity, coming in at #19 for 2023. Randstad was the only staffing company on this year’s list.

Ranking #30 in 2021 and #21 in 2022, Randstad has been slowly climbing the list, proving its ongoing commitment to supporting its increasingly diverse workforce. The company also ranked on several of DiversityInc’s other lists this year, including Top Companies for Philanthropy (#7), Top Companies for Veterans (#12), and Top Companies for Black Executives (#16).

“It’s an honor to be recognized as one of DiversityInc’s Top 50 companies for Diversity and Inclusion,” said Traci Fiatte, Randstad’s CEO. “Impacting Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility (EDI&A) requires a combination of bold ideas, concrete and tangible goals and swift action. Organizations successfully fostering EDI&A are coupling commitments with real accountability to see change.”

Since its first year in 2001, DiversityInc has published its annual list to recognize the companies that demonstrate their performance in six diversity-related categories, including leadership accountability, talent programs, and workplace practices.
