Randstad Sourceright is the only staffing company to make Glassdoor’s list of the 100 Best Places to Work in 2022. The company ranked #77.
Glassdoor’s annual list is based on employees’ voluntary feedback about their work environment, job, and employer over the past year. Companies are ranked on a 5-point scale where 1 is “very dissatisfied” and 5 is “very satisfied.”
Randstad Sourceright currently has a rating of 4.2, compared to the average of 3.7. The staffing company was recognized for their work/life balance, leadership, and diversity initiatives.
According to Christian Sutherland-Wong, Glassdoor CEO, the world of work is rapidly evolving as a result of the pandemic as well as millions of workers who are reevaluating what they expect of employers. “This year’s Best Places to Work winners are leading the way by listening and responding to employee feedback and reimagining the employee experience to truly put their people first,” Sutherland-Wong said.
