Aya Healthcare broke the top 10 on Fortune’s list of 100 Best Large Workplaces for Women 2023, coming in at #4. Robert Half. (#20), Kforce (#52), and Jackson Healthcare (#56) also made the list.
Meanwhile, Roth Staffing Companies was #1 on the Best Small and Medium Workplaces for Women list, while ALKU came in at #13.
The list is based on 600,000 responses from female employees at eligible companies. These companies must be Great Place to Work-Certified and must have at least 50 female employees. Additionally, at least 20% of non-executive management and at least one C-suite executive must be women.
Examples of employee feedback include whether they feel respected as individuals, if they receive support for their well-being and personal development, and if they believe their company is fair related to pay.
