Jon Burckhardt, Voca’s Vice President, is now Vice President of Recruiting. Over the past 8 years Burckhardt has been with Voca he has played a critical role in advancing and defining its path forward. He has served in a variety of leadership roles across the organization. Burckhardt’s highly collaborative role will focus on overseeing the business’ overall recruiting and sourcing mission, while continuing to drive accountability, shaping strategies, supporting department wide growth and development, and team alignment. Burckhardt is based in the Rochester, MN area, where the company is headquartered.

Josh Loudermilk, Voca’s Senior Director of Sales, has been promoted to Vice President of MSP Strategy and formally joins the senior leadership team. Loudermilk has created a culture of success in the short time with Voca by building out its exiting MSP relationships and adding in new MSP relationships. In his new role, Loudermilk will expand his responsibilities to include building out a team of Strategic Account Managers to lead sales initiatives for its new and existing MSPs. Loudermilk is based in the Atlanta, GA area.

Richard Krause has joined Voca as Vice President of Operations. Krause will be leading the company’s HR and Finance groups. In this new role for Voca he will be responsible to plan, direct, coordinate and oversee operational activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of Voca. Krause comes with 12 years of leadership within the Staffing industry and has a Masters of Leadership and Human Resource Management from Northeastern University. He has extensive experience in reviewing Master Service Agreements, organizational optimization within Human Resources, Finance and Operations. Krause is based in the Boston, MA area.
