The ASA Staffing Index rose steadily in January. The index, which measures temporary and contract employment, shows growing numbers for the first two weeks of the year. Staffing levels were also up 2.16% over January 2016. This is good news for workers and recruiters: staffing is off to a strong start in 2017.
