Janelle Bieler returns to the Adecco Group, bringing proven leadership and expertise to drive innovation and growth for Akkodis.
Jacksonville, Fla., February 26, 2025 – Akkodis, a global digital engineering company and Smart Industry leader, is proud to announce that Janelle Bieler will serve as Head of US Tech Talent Solutions effective February 24. In this role, she will lead the strategy and performance of Akkodis’ US Tech Staffing business, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent solutions to our clients.
In the next decade, it’s estimated that the US tech workforce will grow at twice the rate of the overall US workforce. This newly envisioned role reflects Akkodis’ commitment to evolving its tech talent solutions to meet the IT staffing and digital engineering demands in a rapidly changing landscape.
Most recently, Janelle served as Division President at Employbridge, where she led a $1B portfolio across 12 states and multiple brands. Before that, she was President of Adecco Canada, overseeing national operations, sales, and transformation initiatives, achieving consecutive years of revenue growth and profitability.
Her leadership journey includes several senior roles within the Adecco Group, where she served as Senior Vice President, Adecco US and Vice President, Western Pacific Region, Adecco, leading large teams, driving sales growth, and spearheading strategic initiatives.
