Richard Krause, Voca’s Vice President of Operations, is now President of Voca. In this role Krause will be overseeing the day-to-day management of the company and will be responsible for executing Voca’s long term vision. Krause brings over 14 years of executive leadership in the staffing industry to this position and is excited to bring his skills to the leadership role. Prior to this, he was Voca’s Vice President of Operations where he streamlined Voca’s operational and sales functions to build a scalable solution that has allowed Voca to grow effectively. As Voca continues its aggressive growth strategy, Krause will be leading an established and experienced executive team taking Voca to the next level.

Jon Burckhardt, Voca’s Vice President of Recruitment, will be elevating to his new role as Vice President of Performance Management. Burckhardt, a 10-year veteran of Voca, has played a critical and collaborative role with Voca’s growth, which will continue in his new role. Burckhardt will be focused on recruiter development, interdepartmental synergy to identify and implement candidate experience improvements, and continuing to strategize on the executive level as Voca executes its long-term vision. Burckhardt’s training and development has been recognized and emulated by industry organizations and Burckhardt has been a keynote speaker on these topics.
“I am very excited about my new role and challenge in our rapidly growing company,” said Burckhardt. “My goal is to continue to elevate Voca to have the best candidate experience and recruiter development and education program in the industry. I am excited to begin my increased collaboration with team members and departments so that everyone at Voca has all the tools and training to provide a consultant experience that is second to none.”
Ashley Stadler, Voca’s Senior Healthcare Recruitment Director, will be stepping up into her new role as Vice President of Recruitment. Stadler possesses not only a strong recruiter background but also leadership throughout her career in the staffing and recruitment industry over her eight years. Stadler also has a passion for healthcare from her years on the front lines in the field. In her new position she will be working directly with recruitment leadership, recruiters and collaborating with Burckhardt to advance and master the delivery of quality healthcare professionals to care for its clients’ patients where they pride themselves in the spirit of work and delivering the best patient care possible.
