Robert Half International Inc. ranked #13 on Fortune’s latest list of 100 Best Large Workplaces for Women and was the only staffing company to make the list.
“This recognition underscores our commitment to supporting the women who make up more than half of our global workforce,” M. Keith Waddell, the firm’s president and CEO, said in a press release. “From our benefits programs to our career development and leadership opportunities, we are proud to foster an environment that empowers women to succeed in all aspects of their lives.”
Fortune’s list consists of Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies that have at least 50 female employees, a non-executive managerial team that’s at least 20% female, and at least one female executive. The results also draw from the survey responses of 1.2 million employees, over 640,000 of which were from women.
