Precision Global Consulting (PGC), the longest serving employer of record (EOR) provider exclusive to North America, has made significant management appointments following two years of rapid growth.
The appointments of Sarah Collins as Managing Partner and Amy Davies as Managing Director, mark a major milestone for PGC on its mission to make the US and Canada a more accessible place for international business expansion.
Both Sarah and Amy bring a wealth of industry experience to their new roles, with the former establishing an in-depth knowledge of the US employment landscape in her 13 years working for PGC, while the latter has spent nearly a decade working alongside UK recruitment firms in the payroll and employment space, before joining the company over 18 months ago.
Sarah’s established in-depth knowledge of helping companies expand into the US market, means she’s pretty much seen it all when it comes to US employment queries. In her new role as Managing Partner, Sarah will be leading the business to ensure it continues to operate successfully and compliantly on behalf of clients. Sarah commented, “The US is unlike any market when it comes to compliance. The employment landscape has certainly shifted in my 13 years of experience here, so it is only appropriate that we evolve our own organizational structure accordingly to help companies navigate the market.
A game-changer for us in the last 6 years has been our custom-built tech, Precision. It has allowed us to shift from manual processes for workers onboarding, timesheets, tracking employment compliance per state, and employment documents to having everything clients need to manage their US workforce in one platform.”
As Managing Director of PGC, Amy will help oversee the company’s strategic growth plans as the business continues to scale significantly and advance PGC’s award-nominated workforce-management technology, all of which is tailored to help companies achieve their US ambitions.
Commenting on her Managing Director appointment, Amy said, “The mainstreaming of remote work has resulted in more companies than ever unlocking the power of hiring talent globally. There are global employment organizations that help employ and payroll workers anywhere in the world, trying to conquer every market. At PGC we’ve remained solely focused on the North America marketplace for 22 years and as a result have gained an incredible reputation based on our expertise and high touch service. North America is the biggest market in the world and a whole different ballgame in terms of international expansion and employment compliance.”
The appointments of Amy and Sarah, enables CEO, Adam Coleman, to adopt the founder role fully and focus on opportunities that will cement PGC as the go to solution for recruitment companies looking to make contract placements in North America.
Commenting on the announcements, Adam said, “Appointing these two incredible women is one of the most exciting moments in our history over the last two decades. We believe there is strength in numbers, and we want to bring the best people to the table to lead the next stage of our evolution. PGC’s team, clients and workers are in the best possible hands with Amy and Sarah at the helm of our day-to-day operations and growth plans.”
2022 is set to end on a high for PGC. Alongside the appointments of Managing Director and Partner, the company has increased its all over headcount by 65% in the last two years, with remote team members based across 12 US states, the UK, and Ireland. The strategic locations ensure businesses expanding into North America are supported across four different time zones. All these factors have contributed to PGC’s long-standing success as the number one solution for recruitment companies looking to expand to the US and Canada.
