Generation X employees were ranked the most valuable in the workplace by their coworkers. In a survey of 1,000 people conducted by LendingTree, GenX outperformed Millennials and Baby Boomers in communication skills, intelligence, reliability, productivity, willingness to learn, and friendliness.

Millennials were rated the most creative and best with technology over their older coworkers, while Baby Boomers were ranked the hardest working.
