President at Adecco Group US Foundation
As President of the Adecco Group US Foundation, Joyce is committed to making the future work for everyone. The Foundation launched in January, 2019 and focuses on upskilling and reskilling American workers and helping to ensure work equality for all. In 1987, Joyce joined Adecco as a Branch Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. From 2004-2018, she served as the President of Adecco Staffing U.S., leading the largest business unit of Adecco Group North America. Joyce is a panelist and participant at the World Economic Forum in Davos and Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summits. She is on the Board of Directors of the American Staffing Association, a founding member of Paradigm for Parity, a member of C200, International Women’s Forum, and Women Corporate Directors. Joyce holds a degree in business and communications from Baylor University.
