Staffing Industry Analysts recently published the 2021 list of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms, featuring 52 agencies with compound annual growth rates (CAGR) of 15% or more from 2016 to 2020. 

IT and healthcare were the most-represented segments — 20 firms reported IT as one of their top segments, while 17 cited healthcare.

The top ten firms, which had a median annual growth rate of 58.8%, included:

  2. Midway Staffing (CAGR: 95.7%)
  3. Ursus (CAGR: 60.9%)
  4. ProLink Staffing Services (CAGR: 59.5%)
  5. Lead Healthstaff (CAGR: 59.3%)
  6. Conexus MedStaff (CAGR: 58.2%)
  7. CSI IT (dba Consulting Solutions) (CAGR: 53.5%)
  8. Kolter Consulting Services (dba Kolter Solutions) (CAGR: 49.4%)
  9. Curate Partners (CAGR: 49.4%)
  10. Aya Healthcare (CAGR: 48.3%)
