To recognize women in the staffing industry and their extraordinary contributions, Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) recently released its 2021 Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list. The list features 100 women from the Americas and 50 global honorees.
Now in its seventh year, SIA’s list isn’t intended to rank women in the industry, but to celebrate their leadership and accomplishments in their companies and communities. Many of these women have also been advocates for equality in the workplace, promoting DE&I initiatives and helping women and historically excluded groups advance their careers.
The women SIA highlighted hold executive, director, CEO, and other leadership positions in various departments. Randstad and The Adecco Group were the most represented companies on the list, each employing six of the honorees.
At a time when a record number of women are experiencing burnout, changing jobs, and leaving the workforce altogether, the women on SIA’s list are helping to build a system that won’t leave them behind.
