At this week’s Executive Forum North America, Staffing Industry Analysts revealed the winners of the 2023 Best Staffing Firms to Work For. The winners were selected from a record 450 participating staffing firms, based on survey results from their employees.
The highest-scoring companies in each size category included:
- Over 500 employees: Roth Staffing Companies, L.P., which ranked first in its category for the second consecutive year
- 201-500 employees: ALKU, marking its fourth year as a top firm in the list
- 51-200 employees: Cell Staff
- 21- 50 employees: Averity Holdings, Inc., with its second year as a top-scoring firm
- 10-20 employees: LEADSTACK INC.
In addition, Tek Ninjas was the grand prize winner for Best Staffing Firm to Temp For.
“Being recognized on industry lists for your work as a company is always an honor,” said Barry Asin, president of SIA. “But that honor is even higher when your own workers’ ratings place you on those lists.”
The 2023 list will be posted on the Best Staffing Firms To Work/Temp For website later this month.
