AI Implementation

More that one-third of C-suite and HR execs have increased their AI usage in the past year, according to Randstad Sourceright’s Talent Trends report. This same poll reported only 18% of employers adding AI in Q4 2016, so AI usage has doubled in less 6 months.

While automation is likely to replace many jobs, people shouldn’t be worried about AI taking all of the work. Employers expect AI to help improve overall growth, which means there will be a need for more human talent. Companies will be looking for candidates with the skills to understand and work with AI and robotics.

Recruiters should be building files on candidates who have skills in data presentation, computer engineering, predictive analytics, and digital leadership. These skills will be in demand soon as AI is integrated into more companies.
