Through highly targeted campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, Seiza engages and converts over four billion passive candidates worldwide, of which 80% are typically unreachable through traditional job boards. To help employers hire smarter and faster, Seiza’s recruitment platform streamlines high-volume hiring by automating essential recruitment tasks and offering seamless applicant tracking systems (ATS) integration, resulting in a 65% reduction in time-to-fill and a 50% decrease in candidate processing. Seiza is entrusted by over 400 clients, including global brands like McDonald’s, Sysco, Ecolab, and Veolia, to deliver efficient and quality hiring solutions.
The acquisition fits Adzuna’s mission to use the power of technology to help people find better and more fulfilling jobs, while strengthening its presence in North America and Europe.
