Generational Equity Advises I.T. Right in its Sale to VC3

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, I.T. Right, Inc., to VC3. The transaction closed November 9, 2021.

I.T. Right is Michigan’s leading network consultant for local government. Their main offices are in Bath, Michigan, but they staff a combination of field and help desk technicians to support clients all over the state. Their field techs cover over 550 county and municipal level offices, from Bedford Township to Bois Blanc Island and Port Huron to Pere Marquette.

I.T. Right is a Microsoft Certified Partner and is the only firm in the State of Michigan authorized to do work on behalf of BS&A software. Sandy Reeser, VC3’s Chief Executive Officer, said, “I.T. Right is keenly focused on serving local government clients in Michigan and has done so for many years. Realizing that we both share a passion for serving municipal clients, it became very obvious that together we can achieve our mission of serving all cities in all states. I’m very excited that we can combine our teams to expand our new collective service offerings to municipalities across the country.”

Dan Eggleston, I.T. Right’s CEO, said, “With VC3’s strong government presence, it was clear to me that a partnership made the most sense for the two companies and our customers. Cybersecurity is a team sport. This acquisition will empower both I.T. Right and VC3 to not only provide more services, but to better secure local governments.”

Reeser added, “I look forward to partnering with clients built on the same values and service they’ve come to expect from I.T. Right. I have every confidence that together, VC3 and I.T. Right will continue to serve and add value to our clients.”
