NEW YORK – Oct. 25, 2022 – PRLog — Mitchell Martin Inc., one of the nation’s largest and most well-respected staffing companies, is pleased to announce the acquisition of ingenium, completed on October 1, 2022. ingenium was started 14 years ago by Rick Dionisio and specializes in placing technical and product talent with emerging technology companies and startups nationally. ingenium will operate out of Mitchell Martin’s NYC headquarters and all staff will be retained.
This is Mitchell Martin’s second acquisition in the past year, part of a growth strategy to expand the company’s scope and reach. Previously in 2021, the company acquired TransTech IT Staffing in Chicago, IL.
Joined with MMI’s vast resources, ingenium will be able to provide more services to their existing client base – including permanent, staff augmentation, RPO/bulk staffing, and payroll services. In addition, the advantage of Mitchell Martin’s extensive recruiting engine will allow increased job order flow from existing clients.
