The future looks good for the staffing and recruiting industry. According to the State of Staffing Benchmarking Report, 36% of staffing firms anticipate fast growth this year, 7.5% more firms than last year. In addition, only 11% of firms anticipate slow growth, dropping by over 7% over last year.
The staffing industry has a lot to be optimistic about:
- The ASA Staffing Index hit a 10-year high of 95 last month.
- Hiring was up 19% last month over March 2017.
- The private sector added 241,000 jobs last month.
