Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) recently released the 2022 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Influencers — US and Canada list celebrating 47 professionals who’ve been championing the diversity mission in the workforce solutions ecosystem. Individuals from staffing firms, companies that buy staffing services, VMS/MSP/RPO providers, talent platforms, and staffing industry vendors were eligible to be nominated for the list.
This year’s influencers are not only advocates for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, working mothers and women, and other historically excluded groups, but they’re finding innovative ways to foster diversity at their companies.
Two representatives from Randstad made the list — Audra Jenkins, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer of North America, and Vaishali Shah, VP of Workforce Diversity and Inclusion. This follows Randstad’s feature on DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity list.
