Nearly half (48%) of organizations say that building a talent pipeline is their top priority for this year, according to Symphony Talent’s State of Recruitment Marketing in 2024 report.
But that priority is proving difficult to achieve — 68% of respondents find it hard to reach their target audience, and 47% say that manual systems and processes are the top reason for the challenge.
86% of respondents say their organizations have an employee referral program, and 70% use an internal career site to communicate about open positions to employees.
