Entrepreneur just published its 44th annual Franchise 500 list, ranking the top opportunities for prospective franchisees. Express Employment Professionals was the highest-ranking staffing franchise at #45.

To qualify for the ranking, companies must be seeking new franchisees in the U.S. or Canada, have at least 10 units open and operating as of July last year, and have at least one franchise in North America. They are then scored based on more than 150 data points. A record 1,321 applicants submitted the required information for the chance to be included on the 2023 list.
