Staffing Powerhouse Expands Reach to Mid-Atlantic with Fourth Acquisition
NORTHBROOK, ILLINOIS (APRIL 6, 2023)—PROMAN, a leading staffing firm for the light industrial and construction industries based in the Chicago suburb of Northbrook, Illinois, announced the acquisition of PeopleShare, a clerical and light industrial workforce solutions provider based in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, effective March 31, 2023. PeopleShare is PROMAN’s fourth acquisition since entering the U.S. staffing market in 2018.
The strategic acquisition places PROMAN among the top 20 largest commercial staffing providers. The transaction expands PROMAN’s geographical footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region with the addition of four new states: Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. PROMAN’s U.S. presence now covers 18 states with more than 100 branches, on-site locations and virtual placements. In the United States, PROMAN employs 500 people at the corporate and field levels.
PeopleShare co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Ryan Clark, and co-founder and Special Advisor David Donald will both remain in their roles.
