Highlights from the report:
- Employees who rate their workplace culture positively are 790% more likely to feel satisfied at work than those who rate the culture negatively. They’re also 83% less likely to be actively looking for a new job.
- Aside from compensation, elements of workplace culture, like insufficient growth opportunities and poor management, are the top reasons people look for a new job.
- Equitable leadership practices and high career fulfillment greatly increase people’s ratings of their workplace culture and job satisfaction.
