Summit Medical Staffing ranked #1 this year, with a CAGR of 181.5% between 2019 and 2023. Advantis Medical Staffing, Cynet Health, Jobot, and Ironside HR rounded out the top 5.Â
To qualify for the 2024 list, firms needed at least $1 million in revenue in 2019 and a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 15% or more from 2019 to 2023, based solely on organic growth. The median CAGR for firms on the list was 28.1%.
The list focuses on U.S. staffing revenue, including temporary staffing, direct hire, retained search, and temp-to-perm fees. It excludes revenue from payrolling, PEO services, MSP fees, RPO, HRO, and other services.
