The 2023 State of Staffing Report findings predicted a more modest growth pattern for the staffing industry in the midst of economic uncertainties. Coming down from 2021’s record-setting growth, one-third (33%) of staffing agency respondents said their firms grew more than 20% in 2022, and more than half (56%) anticipated double-digit growth in 2023.
